العفاسي: الغاء نظام الكفيل دخل حيز التنفيذ فعليا

من جهة أخرى، أكد العفاسي حرص الوزارة الجاد على إلغاء نظام الكفيل لما له من عواقب وخيمة وسلبيات إنعكست وبالاً على المجتمع الكويتي بصفة عامة، وعلى صورة الكويت في المحافل الدولية بصورة خاصة، مشيراً إلى أن الوزارة لا تألو جهداً في الإنتهاء من هذا النظام تدريجياً حتى لا يحدث خلل في سوق العمل.

وقال العفاسي في تصريح صحافي اليوم الأربعاء :”إن إجراءات إلغاء نظام الكفيل دخلت حيز التنفيذ الفعلي بداية من القرار الصادر أخيراً القاضي السماح للعمالة الوافدة بالتحويل من دون إذن الكفيل بعد مرور ثلاث سنوات أو انتهاء العقد، لاسيما قبول شكاوى التظلم ضد بلاغات التغيب لتقليص قيود أصحاب الأعمال على العمال، إضافة إلى العمل على تسهيل إجراءات الإنتقال من صاحب عمل إلى آخر دون قيود أو معاناة تذكر”.

Prayer points:

1- Pray for the minister of social affairs to keep on changing the laws and find the best way to replace the ” Kafeel ” sponsorship system.

2- Pray for stability at the government in order to see the results of efforts for the correct ministers.

3- Pray for the business men who is putting pressure over the social affairs minister not to cancel the sponsorship system.

4- Pray that by end of this year 2010 , this system will canceled and replaced with a Godly system to assure the Freedom in Kuwait
